Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll need to provide proof of purchase or your order number.

To start a return, contact us at contactmuvava@gmail.com. We’ll provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization.

Return Shipping:
In most cases, returns are sent to our international fulfillment partner outside the EU. Unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Defects:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
