We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to most destinations. This means all applicable import taxes and duties are already covered — you won’t be charged extra upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
